Shubham Thakur is a climate policy analyst, climate change educator and works as a corporate sustainability expert. He has extensively written and published many articles, interviews and video stories on climate change and its impacts on society. He has written opinion pieces on climate change policy and related matters for The New Indian Express, ABP live, etc. He is an expert on global and Indian carbon market, Paris Agreement, Article 6, CBAM, CSRD, ESG, Scope 1,2,3 emissions etc.

Dr. Manuj Bhardwaj is a distinguished international lawyer, strategic advisor, and policy expert with nearly a decade of global experience at the intersection of law, sustainability, and governance. His expertise spans international regulatory frameworks for global carbon markets, international trade, energy transition, ESG compliance, sustainable corporate governance, supply chain due diligence, and climate finance.

He has worked with leading institutions including the World Bank Group, UNFCCC, WTO, British Parliament, Commonwealth Secretariat, and the Embassy of India in Washington, D.C. Dr. Bhardwaj has advised sovereign governments, multilateral agencies, and corporations across India, Europe, the United States, and Africa. His work focuses on designing legal and policy frameworks for low-carbon growth, impact investing, and the evolving voluntary and compliance carbon markets, including the implications of Paris Agreement Article 6 and India's emerging carbon market.

Dr. Bhardwaj holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D./Ph.D.) in International Trade and Climate Law from American University Washington College of Law and dual master's degrees in Public Policy and Human Development from the United Nations University and Maastricht University. He is the only lawyer to receive the prestigious UN IPCC Doctoral Scholarship. He currently advises the Government of India and serves as Executive Secretary of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals and Senior Advisor to the International Law Institute.
